My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were very comfy with a working television and excellent AC. The breakfast served was also a nice touch. However, the service could be more attentive in terms of customer care. The hotel made arrangements for us to watch the hockey game at the bar downstairs, which was a great experience. The location, although outside the city center, was convenient for an overnight stop, but the noise from the nearby railway line was a drawback. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially with the hot items and a lovely view of the mountains. The facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay, although some improvements could be made to enhance the customer experience.
